Tom Eggleston

CEO of Renu Management

Tom was CEO of CP Morgan, the seventh largest private Home Builder in the US until 2009 when he formed RENU Management with Traves Bonwell. RENU created an underwriting platform software to acquire single-family homes for investors that is best-in-class. Real Property Management is responsible for 1500 homes managed for clients. RENU clients include large Private Equity firms, midsize and regional funds.

Traves Bonwell has staffed and built eight property management and 18 REO sales markets. Previously, he was Corporate Director of Acquisitions of the seventh largest private home builder in the US. His land acquisition and market expansion models were published in Big Builder Magazine. Bonwell worked in the Airline Revenue Management Industry and Graduated from Purdue University.

Adam Hawk

Vice President of Acquisitons

Adam Hawk manages the RENU broker team and works with institutional capital groups to acquire quality assets at scale in major metros across the country. Additionally, he works closely with software development partners to continually advance RENU’s proprietary underwriting tool RENU Analytics. Previously, head of Acquisitions for the Carolinas division of the seventh largest private home builder in the US. Hawk completed his MBA at John Brown University while working with the Soderquist Center for Leadership and Ethics.

Michael Ripberger is an honors graduate of Samford University where he worked for the Chief Compliance Officer for the Bulldog Investment Fund of the University Endowment. Michael manages underwriting for key markets for RENU on the RENU Analytics platform

Peter J. Dingerson

Peter J. Dingerson is the Founder and Broker of a Las Vegas retail real estate brokerage established in 2004.  He has been working in the Las Vegas real estate market for more than 16 years, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of residential investment properties.  Since establishing the brokerage, Peter has been responsible for the underwriting, purchase and sale of more than 1000 residential flips as well as over 500 held rental properties.  Additionally, Peter has been responsible for 100’s of REO properties over his real estate career, working with banks and outsourcers such as Bank of America and Fannie Mae. Prior to working with investors and bank-owned properties, Peter primarily worked with home builders in acquiring, entitling, and marketing land.  Today, the company is focused on buying and selling single family homes for private equity investors as well as managing their assets.

Greg has been licensed in North Carolina since 1999 after he graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate. Greg was a top producer RE/MAX agent; In 2004, he finished #2 in sales volume for the Charlotte metro area among all individual RE/MAX agents. He also won the Platinum Club designation for several years as well as the Hall of Fame award. In 2008, Greg formed, as Owner/Broker, the MartinGroup Prop to work with more investors, buyers and sellers in the Charlotte MSA. Michael Brock


Michael Brock, licensed Broker in the State of Georgia, also North Carolina and Mississippi, he represents many investors, several banks, private equity firms, and the State of Georgia. Before launching Foundations Realty, he was the top sales producer for two of the largest brokerages in Georgia. Michael has given investor seminars in Los Angeles, Chicago, and Atlanta. He consistently sells large amounts of  property in the metro Atlanta market. Atlanta Magazine has consistently recognized him in their annual "Top Real Estate Agents in Atlanta." Michael is skilled to help investors utilize real estate to accomplish their financial goals. He played Varsity Baseball at Furman University and graduated with a BBA from the University of Georgia. Warren Cleveland

Cleveland began his new career as a real estate broker in 2001 and quickly rose up to be honored by the Keller Williams Int’l franchise as being one of the TOP 10 Agent in the US for number of listings and closed transactions (out of 78,000 agents). Cleveland’s personal business accounted for more than 50% of the overall office in which he worked, which was made up of over 200 agents. He did this in his first 12 months, despite being brand new to the market area.

In 2009, Cleveland founded the Every Florida Home brokerage. As the CEO, Cleveland oversees all operations and executive management decisions as well as provides leadership to the operation. In this new venture, he expanded the client list and facilitated significant growth by establishing relationships with over 20 corporate REO departments. This strategy established his team as one of the top 10 in the state of Florida for transactions during one of the worst real estate downturns ever witnessed.
